Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Only Male

• Good communication skill
• Negotiation skill
• Strong knowledge on emerging trends on event -Management and PR

• Monitor e-GP, search for opportunities, take quotation from market, analysis the quotation, prepare the drawings with specifications and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for special items of renovation works, submit bids or proposals, monitor procurement process.
• Preparing estimates, checking requisition lists, ensuring quantity & quality and stock control.
• Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date.
• Estimate and manage project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare and analyze cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure the progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.
• Conduct site visits on demand of Management to assess quantities and costs of materials and labor, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Managing labor/ Sub Contractor.
• Provide cost advice and support throughout the project lifecycle, helping to control expenditures.
• Overseeing the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
