∎ B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering with good academic record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ An IT officer works Closely with all the department regarding the technical support each and every employee requires.
∎ Business unit: S&B Nice Foods Valley Limited.
∎ Reports to (Position): HR & Admin
∎ Department/Function: IT
∎ Direct Reports: HR & Admin
∎ Indirect Reports: GM (Sales & Mkt), GM (Procurement)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT Activities-
∎
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
∎ Setting up accounts for new users
∎ Setting up different ERP modules and able to work with 3rd parties during developments.
∎ Testing new technology
∎ Possibly training more junior staff/other department members
∎
∎ Team Development Activities-
∎
∎ Create a quality culture in the department.
∎ Guide the software users for doing the job successfully.
∎ Working with the production department to develop productivity.
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
∎
∎ Reporting and Analyzing-
∎
∎ Prepare and submit Monthly report to Line Manager
∎ Ensure proper documentation.

∎ Shall be ready to travel to corporate office at Dhaka for business requirements.
