Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vast experience in ERP about core modules (Production, Inventory, Procurement HR, CRM and Sales etc.).
∎ Monitor data entry in ERP, received from each department, report generation and problem solving.
∎ Collaborate with the concerned person/department to prepare a formal Project Charter outlining the objectives, detailed scope, resources, timeline and budget for new implementation.
∎ Conduct and coordinate the training activities about ERP and provide support throughout the office including new employees to ensure sustainability.
∎ Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured in software.
∎ Give support for successful Implementation & Post-Implementation of ERP applications.
∎ Identify risks and formally manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with the concerned person/department.
∎ Project Handling Experience and managing previous scrap data.
∎ Experience in systems specifications analysis, testing methodology and test plan formulation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced working in Automobile sector will give priority.
∎ Minimum 2-3 years practical experience in ERP software Implementation, Automobile Sector.
∎ In case of highly experienced candidate, educational requirements may be relaxed.
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point), HTML, CSS, PHP.
∎ Self-Motivated & Positive attitude.
∎ Customer complain handling capacity.
∎ Organized & Discipline.
∎ Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
