- Review, modify or develop Job Description and KPI update and maintain JD Bank for all available positions in the organization and keep it always update;
- Assist in developing and implementing human resource plans, employee development plans & performance appraisal, workplace policy design & conflict resolution ;
- Automating HR Services
- Review Manpower status and analyze by nurturing and retaining top talent, HR managers can ensure a strong and capable workforce
- Exposed to access control & time attendance system, deployment of security guards, fire fighting system, evacuation procedure & emergency contact
- Any other job assigned by the supervisor.
