Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the procurements of all kinds of materials required for the order & record it.
∎ Work closely with the planning and provide the weekly update of materials status.
∎ Place the shipment booking alongside the commercial team & secure the vessel/cargo plans.
∎ Plan and initiate the entire materials In-house on time as per the T&A.
∎ Analyze and compare the price/services and evaluate the supplier performances monthly.
∎ Ensure PO downloading & place the materials booking within 3 days of time.
∎ Obtain the necessary finance documents and process them within the time frame.
∎ Maintain all records of purchased items accordingly to order files.
∎ Provide savings to the company within best practices of negotiations.
∎ Liaise with the warehouse to notify the goods in-house & inventory processes.
∎ Follow up the after-service for shortages/quality claims and other improvements.
∎ Verify the RSL testing of the items and keep the reports up to date.
∎ Plan and use fruitful strategies in procurement operations to bring more improvement.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to improve the supply chain more effectively.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary: Negotiable
