Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide guidance to the factory to understand and follow the system & procedures of individual buyers
∎ Ensure correct and on time sample submission for confirmed order and new development
∎ Communicate with head office regularly and follow-up as per their requirements
∎ Coordinate between factory production, raw material sourcing, planning, material utilization team & other relevant teams for smooth production
∎ Help to ensure correct and on time submission on all developments
∎ Help out with costing and pricing properly
∎ Monitoring sample development activities
∎ Provide order updates and information to relevant team members
