Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily Warehouse Operations - oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring efficient workflow
∎ WMS Management - utilize WMS for inventory tracking, data accuracy, process optimization, etc
∎ Stock Control and Accuracy - conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, ensure proper documentation - make sure physical warehouse information and stock levels align with WMS software information
∎ Team Supervising and Training - manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and train them on WMS software usage
∎ Department Coordination - work closely with other departments such as cutting and production to make sure materials are provided timely with sufficient quality
∎ Maintain accurate stock and supply according to FIFO principal
∎ Keep the warehouse neat, clean, and organized at all times for efficient operation
∎ Should have proper knowledge about fabrics, trims, and accessories
∎ Prepare daily work plans - update and maintain reports accordingly
