Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Translate instructions, policies, training materials, production related topics, etc. from Bangla to Burmese (and vice versa)
∎ Assist in worker onboarding and orientation sessions for Brumese employees
∎ Help explain work procedures, safety protocols, factory rules, etc
∎ Facilitate communication between Burmese supervisors and Bangladeshi workers
∎ Ensure workers understand production targets, technical sewing targets, and quality expectations
∎ Assist in resolving misunderstandings related to production processes
∎ Act as intermediary during daily briefs, meetings, discussions, and other relevant work situations involving both language groups
∎ Assist Burmese expatriate managers and technicians in communicating with local staff
∎ Translate SOPs, notices, and training manuals between Burmese and Bengali
∎ Any other relevant communication between Burmese and Bengali
∎ Applicants are REQUIRED to know both Myanmar and Bangladesh (Burmese & Bengali):
