∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Dyeing, Textile

Job Context:
∎ Purpose of this position is to take strategic and functional responsibilities for Maintenance management system as an ExecutiveMaintenance to assist and execute all maintenance related works. Main responsibilities of the job are to coordinating with Production, prepare daily & monthly machine maintenance schedule report. He should ensure the manufacturing process run reliably and efficiently with continual improvements through maintenance management system .
∎ Executive maintenance should have the skills to meet individual & company KPI (key performance indicator), ensure visibility, and find out the gap in the work and take necessary and corrective measures to align the gap as per the company standard. Maintain good relationship with all employee and management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all mechanical works,
∎ Ensure all preventive maintenance.
∎ Maintenance & troubleshooting all mechanical problems of dyeing & sample dyeing machines.
∎ Maintenance & troubleshooting Hydro-extractor mechanical problems.
∎ Ensure all mechanical operation of generator, boiler & compressor.
∎ To maintain E.T.P’s mechanical section., To ensure crane safety operation.
∎ To monitoring crane regular basis & report to Sr. Executive.
∎ Ensure all pump safety operation., Supervise all subordinate activities.
∎ Additional duties:
∎ Additional responsibility to maintain the following parameters for providing necessary assistance of compliance in his working area.
∎ Ensure all aisles are clean & free from obstacles.
∎ Ensure all fire equipments are clean & free from obstacles.
∎ Ensure all electrical D.B. and panel boards, dustbin, eye shower are clean & free from obstacles.
∎ Ensure secondary containment & MSDS in place of use of chemical.
∎ Ensure P.P.E. for all subordinates and confirm use of those.
∎ Ensure apron for all fire fighter, rescue team & first aider.
∎ Ensure present in training .
∎ Ensure ID card for all subordinates .
∎ Any other task assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
