We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive (Law, Land & Estate), Bay Group who must have experience in the area Real Estate.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing of land purchase & vetting land related documents
∎ Update of land documents as per company policy
∎ Drafting all kinds of Deed (legal) documents.
∎ To understand all land related documents (C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S mutation, deed, via deed, portion of porcha).
∎ To monitor and finalize legal vetting for land purchase and conduct purchase deed registration, pre-registration and post registration activities.
∎ To advise and provide legal opinion on regulatory and legal matters of the company.
∎ To represent as a company lawyer against case hearing day in court.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable laws necessary for the company.
∎ Any other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land and Legal, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Legal & Land
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Company Law, Labour Law, Real Estate, Land
∎ Relevant work experience in corporate & civil law.
∎ Knowledge of company act and labor law act and Real Estate/Land related issues.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Strong skills in structuring, drafting and negotiating business agreements.
∎ Good understanding of legal issues.
∎ Good command over spoken and written English and Bengali skills.
∎ Willingness to travel and tour any part of the country as and when required.
∎ Good liaison/communication skill with govt. & non-govt. personnel/officers.

Salary: Negotiable
