Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have strong background in performing Knitting R & D department.
∎ To provide fabric technical support to the other concern departments like Product Development, Merchandising team, etc.
∎ Study & verify the Buyer’s-suitable fabrics and manage & supervise fabric development process.
∎ Analyse Buyer's requirements for particular fabric development and ensure that fabric quality is achievable and can be maintained through development to bulk delivery.
∎ To closely monitor bulk fabric quality and troubleshoot problems with fabric supply chain and/or with operational teams.
∎ To manage & maintain relationship with fabric team ensuring that fabric development is met the procedures as per requirement.
∎ To work closely with concern departments to apply new techniques to meet Buyer's aesthetic requirements.
∎ Proper clarification of problem & find out the sources of problem & immediate solution.
∎ Good communication Skill in English & Bangle as well as Computer & E-mail.
∎ Able to knit fabric swatch analysis, specially capable to select yarn & knitting M/C & GG selection & YD Stripe Repeat, GSM & YD Program in different fabrications.
∎ Having good knowledge about Knit Fabric Finishing, Dia & Shrinkage.
∎ Able to make record keeping for all Knitting R&D related issue (with Swatch) accordingly Job wise & Season wise.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have the experience more then 01-03 Years
∎ Working Experience with Large Knit Composite Factory.
