Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control and maintain the process and parameters of total knitting process.
∎ Ensure machine preparation, raw materials supply timely for smooth production.
∎ To reduce any idle time during the production process.
∎ Ensure maximum production with desired quality.
∎ Ensure shift wise Manpower management.
∎ Execute the daily knitting program.
∎ Prepare daily RPM efficiency sheet and take action accordingly.
∎ Monitor daily staffing requirements.
∎ Run the machine by following proper parameter of machines such as stitch length.
∎ Ensure all checkpoint are properly maintained (process parameter) in order to have desired quality fabric.
∎ Ensure quality issues in early stage of production as per direction of merchandisers by keeping collaboration with merchandisers, vendors, suppliers and manufacturers for quality improvement.
∎ Plan and ensure maximum utilization of machines.
∎ Maintain a healthy atmosphere with management to deliver high quality goods in time.
∎ Any other task assigned by the reporting authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
