∎ At most 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to operate an ERP system independently with prior experience. Data
∎ entry, printing reports, and generating a required report when needed.
∎ Need to generate Issue & Receiving challan, GRN, etc.
∎ Have knowledge of different measuring units for various items used in a accessories manufacturing business.
∎ Can do physical verification of Ra-materials received from other suppliers.
∎ Need to issue the Ra-materials to a production units as per FIFO & update system.
∎ Compare Invoice/Packing list/ Purchase Order as receiving materials.
∎ Should make GRN at the time of receiving goods with PO.
∎ Materials Issue with update the Bin card in daily basis. Day to day update of stock
∎ Through MR, GRN, Material Return in Excel file Inventory Management Software.
∎ Physical reconciliation of stock balance in every weekend and month end by a systematic way.
∎ Update manual stock register. And also update stock report in time like Raw materials, Consumable, Spare parts & Stationary etc.
∎ To organize & stacking in-house goods & keep its identified area.
∎ Keep all store related documents in easy & accessible identified area.
∎ Good housekeeping in respective area.
