Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Warehouse export control, loading as per CTP system. Buyer wise finished goods organize.
∎ Export document control after shipment moved & inform to management time to time. Bole seal control.
∎ Empty cartons control as per order quantity, cartons sticker organize from concern department if require & documents control buyer & PO wise.
∎ Leftover trims control, organize buyer wise and highlight to concern merchant department and management.
∎ Leftover and garments control buyer wise and reporting to management.
∎ Warehouse trims & exports works distribution and follow up.
∎ Contact with Commercial department & Transport dept. for Export delivery & arrange to delivery accordingly.
∎ Daily labor control and organize.
∎ Loading unloading follow up.
∎ Supervise receiving, issuing and record keeping of finished goods.
∎ Maintain every transaction of store like - SAP, MRR or ERP.
∎ Goods/Materials kept in store by using Bin Card FIFO method.
∎ Ensure smooth receiving operations by recording required information to register books/software.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery operations by issuing gate pass & delivery challan & other required documents.
∎ Responsible to ensure all documentation stocks are properly received, recorded and checked with other departments.
∎ Update all the receiving and issuance of material on daily basis.
∎ Checking the proper way of issued raw material, packaging material & other items.
∎ Produce regular stocks reports and daily stocks position & supervise to subordinate person.
∎ Ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation in the store and making sure that all available space in the store effectively utilized.
∎ Maintain proper label confidentiality appropriate business practice in dealing with and for the company and its management.
∎ Bound by the trams and condition, polices, rule and regulations of Company or any new trams & conditions, polices, rules and regulations that become in future.
∎ These are the key duties and responsibilities for the post and they are subject to regular review. Any significant changes to the rule will be subject to consultation.
∎ Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Demonstrate an attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive stance and positive style.
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, and E-mail
∎ Good communication skill.
