∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service, Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setup and maintain computer network LAN and WAN network
∎ Perform in any IT initiatives.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
∎ Any other tasks may be assigned by the superior authority.
∎ Internet networking with switch/Router configuration and cabling.
∎ Desktop/Laptop user support and hardware trouble shooting.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer & network accessories, connections, regularly and resolve normal & complex issues with the given solutions and guideline provided from the Manager/ Supervisor, IT.
∎ Respond to any IT related problems within agreed time limits.
∎ Responsible for office administrative issue.
∎ Maintaining logistic support
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in computer both hardware and software.
∎ Very well skilled in both verbal and written communication
∎ Ability to work under pressure maintaining strict deadlines
∎ Ability to prioritize work and multitasks
∎ Daily follow-up for office administration
Salary:
