∎ At least 2 years’ professional experience in relevant field.
∎ Experience in BTL Agency·
∎ Well conversant in MS Office and other presentation tools·
∎ Good presentation, writing and spoken communication skills in English are essential·
∎ Have knowledge in Social Media and Digital Marketing
∎ At least 2 years’ professional experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Smart, energetic, passionate to work in the advertising (specifically, BTL) industry·
∎ Tendency/habit  to do market research before doing something.·
∎ Open to explore ideas from daily life to professional life which can be adopted or customized or used in any campaign to communicate.
∎ Preparing presentations and proposals for the existing and new clients with winning ideas.
∎ Cost effective but yet outstanding idea seeker.
∎ Ability to understand the pulse of the brands and the clients. ·
∎ Lead brain storming session with internal teams (Creative and Operations).
∎ Prepare list of creative items that can be used as the tool for the communication.
∎ Supervise the operation and client service team in preparing the budget for a plan. In some cases prepare the budget him/her-self.
∎ Develop contents and supervise in producing communication materials.
∎ Supervise the operation team in the execution part to make the dream true.
∎ Work with extreme dedication and enthusiasm.
∎ Highly motivated to work extra-hours if required.
