Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science or related discipline. (Diploma with relevant work experience may suffice for deserving candidates)
∎ CCNA or other relevant vendor certification will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on rosters or as assigned.
∎ To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac).
∎ Participate in requirement elicitation, analysis, software development and testing.
∎ Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for deploying network infrastructure and hardware.
∎ Plan, monitor and train data migration activities during software deployment.
∎ To assist all users with IT related incident when called upon.
∎ Assist users in ERP and other MIS related issues.
∎ Participate in developing Software, Reports, and Business Intelligence & MIS systems if assigned.
∎ To install and configure new IT equipment or systems and to upgrade different types of software and hardware.
∎ To resolve incidents with printers, copiers, scanners or other hardware.
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years of relevant experience.
∎ Knowledge in network protocols and tools.
∎ Knowledge in networking devices (router, switches, cabling)
∎ knowledge in operating systems and server systems (windows / Linux)
∎ Well conversant with MS Office Package
∎ Advanced knowledge in hardware and trouble shooting
