Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant discipline.
∎ 1-2 years of working experience in providing IT support.
∎ Good knowledge of network and security protocols
∎ Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and G-suite (Excel, Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, Word, Docs)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all customer systems are running smoothly and users are getting maximum benefit.
∎ Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
∎ Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
∎ Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
∎ Set up accounts for new users
∎ Repair and replace equipment as necessary
∎ Test new technology
∎ Train the employees on new technology (if required and available).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of network and security protocols.
∎ Must be technically sound in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving problems related to infrastructure and services.
∎ Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
