Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in any CSE/CS/EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their desktop, laptop, wireless router, scanners, printers and other IT assets
∎ Setup and maintain company's computer network which includes LAN and WAN network
∎ Provide local area network connection setup and network cabling and testing
∎ Provide basic IT support, such as PC troubleshooting, official user email/ Outlook configuration, PC problem finding, printer (network/ share) installation and troubleshooting
∎ Support ERP users like setup/ update/ report delivery/ troubleshooting etc.
∎ Assist to manage and update IT inventory, documentation and monthly report for the management
∎ Setup, maintain and monitor CCTV camera, IP camera, DVR & NVR
∎ Setup, maintain and monitor Biometric access control system
∎ Configure and install communication devices (MikroTik) in accordance with Network system
∎ Provide day to day IT procurement as company requirement
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the Supervisor / Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
