Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and manage the organization's servers, networks, and computer systems within active directory controller.
∎ Ensure network security and troubleshoot technical issues.Software and Hardware Management:
∎ Install, update, and maintain necessary software applications.
∎ Identify and resolve issues related to computers, printers, scanners, projectors and other hardware devices.Data Security and Backup:
∎ Ensure the security of sensitive company data.
∎ Perform regular data backups and establish data recovery procedures.IT Support and Technical Assistance:
∎ Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
∎ Conduct training sessions on software and hardware usage.Website and Email Management:
∎ Maintain and update the organization’s website.
∎ Manage and secure official email servers.IT Policy Implementation and Reporting:
∎ Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance efficiency.
∎ Prepare and submit reports on IT operations and security measures to the management.
∎ Any other job assigned by Top management.
