Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related field
∎ Training/Trade Course: IT,Networking
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the enhancement, monitoring, planning, and ongoing implementation of the company's all active software (Accounting, Production and HR Management etc.)
∎ Provide support to software users throughout the office and troubleshoot the problems (if any) in the process
∎ Work closely with the software implementation and complete the installation in respective team as advised by supervisor of the company
∎ Report enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the company.
∎ In-depth knowledge of business software and ERP.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and achieve specified results.
∎ Advanced knowledge in PHP, MySQL.
∎ Installation and regular maintenance of network equipment such as Routers, Switches, WiFi, AP, MC, ONU etc. at DC, NOC, PoPs, at Corporate and Site Office
∎ Installation regular maintenance of Data Centre equipment (Servers, Racks, Patch Cords, Patch Panels, Cable Managers, ODFs, UTP Cables, UPS,etc.)
∎ Physical network (LAN) configuration, UTP Cable layout, troubleshooting & maintenance.
∎ Maintenance of PCs, printer, scanner and other computer equipment's
∎ Follow up with software vendors for development, maintenance & trouble shooting.
∎ Develop necessary report formats, maintain and monitor necessary databases, reports and dashboards.
