∎ Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT support (both hardware and software) for effective functioning of the organization.
∎ Install application software in user PC.
∎ Maintain local IT Store.
∎ Should have good knowledge in IT trouble shooting.
∎ Monitor and maintain local office network. Make sure all the local switches, routers are up and running.
∎ Provide support to all users for networking, internet facility and smooth working of desktop, laptop, printer, scanning and e-mail, closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras.
∎ Responsible for installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure.
∎ Provide new network connection for new users or devices, configure user account and email service.
∎ Maintaining Security devices and protocols including IPS and Firewall systems.
∎ Monitor and maintain all the common IT devices like Printer, Scanner and send it for repair to head office, if needed.
∎ Install ,monitor and maintain CCTV system, check DVR/NVR/XVR and cameras as per requirement.
∎ Monitor and maintain Access Control devices and user card entry.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 29 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need to be smart, energetic, self-motivated and confident
∎ Can work independently
∎ Multitasking ability.
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
∎ Team player and enjoy work under pressure.
∎ Fluent in speaking and writing Bengali and English.
∎ Basic knowledge in Active Directory System, Server, etc.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided by company.
∎ Candidates will get accommodation facility by company, if necessary
