Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
∎ Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to the vendor.
∎ Ensure network security by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintain documentation.
∎ Support user, design LAN and WAN, IP, the Internet, email services.
∎ Install & configure router, switch, Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers and other IT items and firewall.
∎ Plan, configure and set up IT Infrastructure.
∎ Support all general activities in the department and take part in the installation of the equipment.
∎ Arrange to install and configure networking Router (MIKROTIK, CISCO, JUNIPER) Switch & Wireless Devices (UBNT, CAMBIUM, ALTAI).
∎ Set up new user's accounts & profiles & dealing with password issues, user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam.
∎ Monitor the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer servers, and virtualization.
∎ Maintain website and make necessary addition and deletion when necessary.
∎ Ensure system support to user level as per requirement.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in Hardware Engineering, IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Security Management of IT System, Software Implementation, System Administration.
∎ Email transmission technology: SMTP, POP3, IMAP etc.
∎ Knowledge on networking technologies protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, VLAN, MPLS, QoS etc.) and services layer2, layer-3, MPLS VPNs, NMS (Nagios, Cacti etc.)
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
