Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Computer
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper back-up of all data in systems and system configurations
∎ In the event of change of work stations / design of new work stations, liaise with the Engineering Department to ensure the availability of data, voice connectivity and power as per the MAS-TS standards
∎ Provide First level Support and maintenance of all devices and applications/tools used, including the Unified Communication Solution and train users on optimized usage of devises & applications in order to minimize service downtime
∎ Obtain quotation, negotiate, attend to all vendor invoices & ensure timely settlement while adhering to the standards of procurement
∎ Add/edit/delete users, assign users to groups or categories, and randomly check audit logs of all
∎ Applications used, based on the governance principles of the organization / as required by the SBU management
