Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day to day IT operational support and resolve hardware/software problem ranging from PC, Laptop, Printer, UPS/ IPS, Surveillance System, LAN, WAN, WIFI, Switch, Router, Connectivity.
∎ Provide Level 1 Support for the software systems related to factory operation and escalate when required to resolve issues within the given time frame. This includes attendance system, Workforce Management System (Kormee) etc.
∎ Maintain IT operational record through Issue & Ticket Tracking System and report performance on a weekly/monthly basis to establish accountability.
∎ Manage IT inventory with detail record including IN, OUT, Transfer, Acquisition, Retirement, reconciling with financial record and ensure their safety and security.
∎ Ensure adherence of IT policies and procedures provide necessary feedback to improve the IT operation performance.
∎ Ensure IT Security, Business Continuity including backup/recovery, virus protection as required to protect factory IT assets.
∎ Train the employees in using computers and related technologies as required.
∎ Proactively monitor performance of IT equipment and advise management for any required optimization opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in working with all types of operating systems such as Microsoft, Android, Linux, Apple, DOS, etc.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot systems related issues maintain service level agreement (SLA) and security compliance
∎ Capable of working with the office applications, ERP software, communications systems, etc.
∎ Aptitude to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations to achieve desired business goals
∎ Proficient in best practices, well conversant with the latest technologies, up to date knowledge on the modern and cutting edge technologies being used in the industry.
∎ Experience in working as part of a team/project to accomplish given task within deadline.
∎ Positive attitude towards work, willing to learn and open to travel within the group companies as required.
