∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Experience in the field of ERP (Eg. WFX, FastReact) will be preferred.
∎ Should be honest, trustworthy and hard working.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing ability & an approachable working style to the needs of the organization.
∎ Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage aggressive timelines.
∎ Should be capable of working as an individual or in a team.
∎ Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To look after IT related activities of the company.
∎ Operate day to day IT operation support and service management. Setting up new users account and profiles and dealing with password issues. Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of Office365 portal.
∎ Maintain the database, web applications, multiple software environments and admin portal management.
∎ Coordinate with IT Vendors/service providers to deliver goods and services as per agreed service level agreements.
∎ Implement an effective cybersecurity culture throughout the organization.
∎ Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing issues, resolving problems, and delivering timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
