∎ Skills Required: Hardware & Networking, IT Troubleshooting, Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Troubleshooting, Documentation, Inventory Manageemnt, IT System Management, IT Troubleshooting, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure & manage all devices in the access layer
∎ Troubleshoot installed network, printer, IP phone, Hardware, Software, Antivirus, etc. and follow up users for any support issues ( requisitions, pending, acknowledgment)
∎ Ensure security of all workstations and the internet.
∎ Ensure Network, server, Apps availability
∎ Vendor communication to ensure service/support
∎ IT asset inventory management
∎ Documentation and Reports as per requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 28 years
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
