Network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Router, switch, and firewall management
Hardware and software installation & support
Network security and access control
Windows OS, basic server operations, and user management
CCTV, IP phone, and biometric device support
Internet connectivity monitoring and issue resolution
Data backup and basic cloud tools
IT documentation and asset management
Customer support and team communication
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and office IT devices.
Manage network security, including firewalls, antivirus, and access control.
Provide technical support to staff for software and hardware problems.
Monitor servers and ensure backup systems are active and updated.
Support email setup, internet connectivity, and internal communication tools.
Keep IT inventory updated and maintain proper documentation.
Assist in setting up CCTV, IP phones, and biometrics systems when required.
Work closely with the IT Manager to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
