Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Computer & Network Troubleshooting:
∎ Hardware & CCTV Maintenance: - Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, and other peripherals. - Install, configure, and repair CCTV systems, ensuring 24/7 security and monitoring. - Regularly inspect and maintain all surveillance equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
∎ Attendance Device Management: -Manage and troubleshoot biometric attendance systems.
∎ Video Conference System Maintenance: - Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot video conferencing systems across various platforms. - Provide support during meetings and conferences to ensure smooth communication.
∎ Software Troubleshooting: - Diagnose and resolve software-related issues including system crashes, performance problems, and software incompatibility. - Assist in the installation and configuration of new software and updates. - Liaise with vendors for advanced software support and troubleshooting.
∎ General IT Support: - Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees. - Maintain IT documentation for systems, procedures, and support activities. - Assist with IT asset management and inventory.
∎ Key Responsibilities:

∎ - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
∎ - Perform regular network checks and maintenance to ensure connectivity and functionality.
∎ - Provide support for operating system issues, network configuration, and system updates.
∎ Hardware & CCTV Maintenance:
∎ - Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, and other peripherals.
∎ - Install, configure, and repair CCTV systems, ensuring 24/7 security and monitoring.
∎ - Regularly inspect and maintain all surveillance equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
∎ Attendance Device Management:
∎ -Manage and troubleshoot biometric attendance systems.
∎ - Ensure proper synchronization of attendance data with HR software.
∎ Video Conference System Maintenance:
∎ - Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot video conferencing systems across various platforms.
∎ - Provide support during meetings and conferences to ensure smooth communication.
∎ Software Troubleshooting:
∎ - Diagnose and resolve software-related issues including system crashes, performance problems, and software incompatibility.
