Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide daily IT support for computers, printers, networks, and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure smooth office IT operations.
- Manage and update company website, online portals, and digital content.
- Assist in managing OTA platforms if require
- Maintain office network (LAN, WiFi, routers, switches).
- Ensure data backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity measures.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
