∎ B. Sc (Hons.) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Network Administration Service.
∎ Maintain the entire IT infrastructure including servers, Virtual machines, workstations, networking switches, wireless devices, routers and firewalls, network attached storage (NAS), LAN, and other IT resources;
∎ Maintain regular data backup & disaster recovery processes and manage crisis situations that may involve complex technical issues on hardware or software;
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installed servers.
∎ Regular evaluation of current computer hardware/software in order to provide a timely replacement schedule or upgrade.
∎ System & Information Security.
∎ Set up and maintain all internet and Microsoft Exchange Email accounts and server configurations.
∎ Supporting activities of the HR Department like Job posts, conducting Interviews and monthly meetings, and documentation.
∎ Supporting activities of the admin department.
∎ Sales-related report generation and other database maintenance.
∎ Drafting of various letters and forwarding.
∎ Graphics designing and other editing works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong skill in Microsoft Office.
∎ Advance excel is highly required.
∎ Skill in Reporting and Drafting.
∎ Hardware Troubleshooting.
