Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all the Bank proposals for new limits, limit enhancement, specific limits, L/C limits, nonfunded limits, takeover, and renewal.
∎ Monitor Bank & NBFI limit utilization and interest charging.
∎ Regularly find a new source for fund arrangement and better credit facility.
∎ Coordinate the Bank Mortgage process within the shortest possible time and take every initiative to complete the mortgage process with Bank.
∎ Prepare Quarterly/Monthly LC Planning with stock planning and SCM & Sales Team coordination.
∎ Budget Preparation as per monthly LC Planning, and monitor the proper execution.
∎ Submit L/C planning in the first week of Each month.
∎ Product sourcing from various sources and CS.
∎ Communication with Principals on various issues keeping acknowledged of Reporting Supervisor.
∎ Cost optimization scope searching at every point.
∎ Communicate & Negotiate with various insurance companies.
∎ Communicate with the freight forwarder to smoothen Import Process
∎ Monitor & follow up on commercial-related license updates. (Local & Foreign).
∎ Maintain good liaison with the suppliers, forwarders, and banks for completing the documentation on time to smooth import.
∎ Establish & monitor close communication with the SCM team and C&F team after the port arrival of the product to ensure smooth & secure product release, receiving, and delivery of products.
∎ Preparing LC Cost sheet and take approval from Reporting Supervisor and Managing Director after reaching the warehouse.
∎ Monthly LC Planning Report
∎ Quarterly Freigh CS Report
∎ All individual LC files are updated in soft copy & Hard Copy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
