Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT appliance.
∎ Operation, Maintenance and Upgrade of Oracle software.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
∎ Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ The smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits.
∎ Performs daily network administration tasks such as creating user ID, maintaining groups, enabling printer sharing, managing security and backups.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide technical support to the regional office regarding Hardware and software issues instantly.
∎ Basic Knowledge in Software and Multimedia & IT support for any kind of function.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized & self-driven.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications including e-mail is a must.
∎ Good Communication skill in both English & Bengali.
