∎ Masters/ Bachelors degree, preferably in commerce background

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Depot In-Charge in all necessary works to run the depot effectively and efficiently.
∎ Assist in overall distribution, logistics, transportation, Collection and store management systems of respective depot.
∎ Able to use computer packages to monitor stock levels, order and re-order of goods when necessary, and track the movement of goods/vehicle.
∎ Distribute as per sales order, collect money as per invoice and receive incoming materials as per challan.
∎ Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.
∎ Coordinate with Marketing & Sales department in terms of time & delivery of items.
∎ Developing and confirming distribution schedules and routes.
∎ Assist in preparation of Product wise daily and monthly statement and as and when required.
∎ Maintain petty cash, Attendance Register, Stock Register and Vehicle Log Book.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1-2 years experience as Assistant Depot In-Charge in any reputed pharmaceuticals company
∎ Well conversant with Microsoft office application (MS Word, MS Excel) and e-mail operation
∎ Good Communication Skill both in Bangla and English

Salary: Negotiable
