Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide all types of IT support on New PC both Apple IOS and Windows platform.
∎ Provide all kinds off applications service support on Apple devices and Windows machine.
∎ Provide both Network and shared printer installation, configuration, and Hardware maintenance.
∎ Provide MS O365 application (Shared, One Drive) installation, configuration and support.
∎ Provide MS Outlook application, Data backup & user profile creation.
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problems (pc, laptop, printer, barcode scanner, VC etc.)
∎ Maintain and configure various Wi-Fi routers and attendance devices.
∎ Check all LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi systems, CCTV surveillance, PABX, IP Telephony, Video conferencing systems.
∎ Laptop/Desktop joining to central active directory & Install antivirus and other necessary software on user Desktop/Laptop.
∎ Profile migration capabilities on Windows platform.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities.
∎ Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
∎ Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving ability.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues.
