·       Analyze production processes, equipment, and layouts to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

·       Develop and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

·       Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures and labor standards.

·       Design or reconfigure production systems, workflows, and workstations for optimal performance.

·       Evaluate and recommend tools, equipment, and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

·       Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of improvements.

Support cost-reduction initiatives and conduct cost-benefit analyses.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, supply chain) on improvement projects.

·       Develop training materials and ensure smooth implementation of new processes or systems.
