A leading Korean multinational company specialising in digital weighing scales and measurement systems is seeking a dynamic and dedicated person as Executive- Inventory & Store for its Bangladesh office to manage the warehouse operations and inventory systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all incoming and
• outgoing materials.
• Control spare parts stock and delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for
• reordering.
• Ensure proper documentation and inventory updates.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and audits.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse/store.
• Support the service center team with required parts.
• Forecast spare parts demand ahead of time.
• Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing parts.
• Use proper labelling and shelf arrangements based on
• location mapping.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly inventory and usage
• reports.
• Supervise and motivate store team members.
• Daily posting of delivering & receiving products on Excel
• inventory sheet.
• Daily updates inventory sheet & send to concern person mail
• address.
