Responsibilities & Context:
Check Requisition, GRN/MRR, Stock ledger, gate pass, challan, received and issued records of materials to prepare report and submit to the head of department.
Intercompany sales purchase check (Reconcile).
Debit & Credit note entry check.
Category wise review for foreign purchase.
Assisting in preparation of final demand sheet for foreign procurement.
Consumption Entry Check and verify.
Repair store Goods Receipt & Delivery check.
Re Order Level Check and Verify.
Inventory movement, balance analysis as for procurement plan.
Bin Card check, Inter-Company warehouse transfer check.
Responsible for reconciliation of finished goods on receipts, issue, and leftover quantity.
Conduct surprise audit, investigation, operational audit, process audit, physical inventory counting, etc.
Prepare different types of audit reports monthly. Quarterly, half-yearly, and annually
Review and ensure total inventory process.
