Job Context:
∎ Incident support consists of providing 1st level support regarding any IT related Application Troubleshooting, Hardware Troubleshooting along with Vendor co-ordination, Operating System & Antivirus Troubleshooting and Business Email related issues such as LAN, WLAN, Internet Troubleshooting for End user devices.
∎ Management Support covers Installation & Configuration of IT-Applications, Hardware, LAN, WLAN, Internet and also configuration & delivery of End user IT Assets (Laptop, Desktop, Accessories, Printer Cartridge etc.),
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Requesting Management for IT service via phone call, remotely or in physical presence required from users.
∎ Guide & aware employees on IT Process & Policies, Tips & Tricks etc.
∎ Provide Support for all IT related Queries.
∎ Escalation & Co-ordination on UPS & IT Server room issues of Regional Offices.
∎ Provide support during mass deployment of IT service/application in client devices.
∎ Log and follow-up on end user calls/tickets/emails using company provided Trouble Ticketing software.
∎ Follow-up with vendors & cross functional teams and also tracking, routing & escalation issues.
∎ Ensure verification of IT Assets in physical presence based on demands.
∎ Ensure problem management activities for recurrent incident.
∎ Ensure service activity report of specified support region.
∎ Stay updated with system/technical information for the recommendation of technical Products to end users.

∎ Age 22 to 25 years
