∎ Age 22 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Educate and inform employees about IT processes and policies, as well as tips and tricks.
∎ Provide assistance with any IT-related issues.
∎ Escalate and Coordinate UPS, network, and IT server room issues at regional offices, as well as repeat incidents.
∎ Assist in the mass deployment of IT services and applications to client devices (end user facing devices).
∎ Log and follow-up on end-user calls/tickets/emails with vendors and cross-functional teams, as well as tracking, routing, and escalation of issues using company-provided trouble ticketing software.
∎ Resolve IT support calls in accordance with KPIs throughout the year.
∎ Resolve and coordinate all site visit action items. Ensure physical verification of IT assets on demand.
∎ Project deployment and coordination, as well as a report.
∎ Ensure that recurrent incident management operations are carried out.
∎ Ascertain that the given support region's service activity report is completed.
∎ Maintain system/technical knowledge in order to recommend a technical product for users.
