∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from any reputed University.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliance.
∎ Record and maintain hardware and software inventories, and user access and security.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ Maintaining IP/PABX Solution with support whenever required.
∎ Performs daily network administration, attendance tasks such as creating user ids, maintaining groups, enabling printer sharing, managing security and backups.
∎ Determine plan layout for new hardware or modifications to existing layout.
∎ Basic Knowledge in Software and Multimedia & IT support for any kind of function.
∎ Must have excellent level of knowledge and experience with Apple, MAC devices.
∎ Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
∎ Create and update personal work planning and style to motivate own self for smooth, effective and timely fulfillment of job responsibilities to achieve company's goals properly.
∎ Must be ready to do give emergency support 24/7 when required by supervisor/management.
∎ Provide computer orientation to new company staff.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
