Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting will be considered as an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to handle several implementation projects at any given time.
∎ Engagement with customers, end-users, and internal subject matter experts to understand the key requirements and workflows of DataSoft's products and features to support the client's business.
∎ Develop and conduct training programs for each client to be fully prepared on the go-live date.
∎ Report enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the client.
∎ Act as a resource to assist project team in Product Development and/or Testing process
∎ Communicate with client throughout the implementation project life cycle.
∎ Assist clients with post-live support questions when needed.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Microfinance field-level business/automation knowledge will be considered as a plus.
∎ Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Should have a professional appearance with challenging attitude towards his job.
∎ Outbound Marketing & Consulting capability with top-level management.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Willingness to travel for implementation and training purpose.
∎ An interest to interact and work with clients from different countries.
∎ Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities or projects for self and others.
∎ Microfinance field level business knowledge (MIS & AIS) & automation knowledge through any software will be considered as an added advantage.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
