∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare line loading plan according to master sheet
∎ Prepare operation Bulletin of each and every process
∎ Calculate SMV and prepared SMV bank, Training of workers
∎ Monitoring of production output and finding out bottle-necks, technical, quality, machinery problems with immediate solution
∎ Productivity Enhancement
∎ Line balancing/Leveling the production
∎ Control WIP (Work in progress)
∎ Reduce changeover time/TPT
∎ Select the appropriate machine and equipment for production Line set up
∎ Ensure maximum output by using minimum input
∎ Cause and effect Analysis to identify the 7 wastage and elimination
∎ Method analysis to find out Process barriers/Bottleneck and solve it
∎ Standardize the Product manufacturing method/system
∎ Improve Production Performance to achieve higher efficiency
∎ Reduce total cycle time of product manufacturing
∎ Train to Production Management to ensure better performance
∎ Method Re-engineering
∎ Setting up Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skill
∎ Excellent computer knowledge
∎ Able to do work under pressure
