Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Workstation Layout Design:
∎ Analyze the layout papers and design effective workstation layouts to improve production efficiency and workflow.
∎ Ensure machine and workstation setups are optimized for the specific needs of each production line.
∎ Team Management:
∎ Supervise and coordinate the operations of 4 sewing teams, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures and meet production targets.
∎ Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement in production efficiency.
∎ Size Set & Process Monitoring:
∎ Follow up on the size set process and ensure the proper execution of operations as per the required standards.
∎ Monitor the process flow at each stage of production to ensure that all steps are carried out efficiently.
∎ Machine Layout Coordination:
∎ Provide machine layout sheets to the relevant teams 3 days prior to line feeding to ensure proper preparation and smooth production start-up.
∎ Ensure the appropriate machine allocation for the production line as per requirements.
∎ Production Monitoring & Bottleneck Analysis:
∎ Track hourly production performance and analyze process flows to identify potential bottlenecks.
∎ Take immediate corrective actions to resolve any identified bottlenecks to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to implement solutions for improving production flow and eliminating delays.
