∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Industrial, production Engineer (IPE) / Textile Engineer from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Industrial & Production Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
The applicant should have experience in Garments., woven Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan layout of machines and lines to get highest productivity using IE method/tools.
∎ Identify & remove causes of delay production to meet shipment dates.
∎ Operational Bulletin and competitive consumption (SMV Calculation).
∎ Ensure the average efficiency as per company goals.
∎ Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine.
∎ Ensure a very significant role to increase productivity with standard.
∎ Conducting of time study and motion study and idle man machine hours on daily basis.
∎ Keeping updated with all the Information of the area assigned & Maintain Daily IE related reports
∎ Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Study individual operator's performance and follow up unskilled operators.
∎ Coordinate with Sewing technician and Line Supervisors for line Setting & related job.
∎ Documentation of daily production report.
∎ Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine broken report etc.
∎ Time- study, capacity study, production study follow-up.
∎ Follow production plan effectively without any delay.
∎ Ensure predefined backup plan for any unexpected situations.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity
∎ Lead the team, supervise and train the junior colleagues/workers/operators and helper
∎ Analyze to reduce cost and wastage efficiently.
∎ Any other related job assigned by the management.
