Certifications:

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

Other Skill & Experience:

• Experience managing Cisco or Juniper equipment.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, service, and network/system administration.

• Strong expertise in network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, IP telephony, and firewalls.

• Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems (IP Cameras, PTZ, VMS servers) used in security operations.

• Experience with FTTx Network configuration and troubleshooting (OLT, ONU).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.

• Hands-on experience with server and storage hardware (HP, Dell, Cisco).

• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux server environments.

• Strong understanding of security protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide IT teams effectively.

Job Summary:

Bangladesh Specialized Hospital (BSH) is seeking a Senior Executive in IT Infrastructure and Network Management to manage and maintain our hospital’s technology infrastructure. This position is critical to ensuring the reliable and secure operation of IT systems, network infrastructure, and surveillance solutions in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience in managing IT operations within healthcare, ISP, or other technical industries.

Responsibilities:

Technical Supervision and Support:

• Oversee technical support to hospital departments, ensuring smooth operations of IT services.

• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, network expansion, and new technology implementation, aligned with the hospital’s operational goals

Network and Surveillance System Management:

• Oversee the management of network devices (routers, switches, modems, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points) and ensure seamless connectivity across the hospital.

• Provide technical support for CCTV surveillance systems, including IP camera configuration, VMS server maintenance, and DVR troubleshooting.

Enterprise Systems and Security:

• Manage hospital enterprise systems (servers, storage solutions, databases) to ensure reliability and scalability.

• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability management to safeguard hospital data and patient information.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies relevant to healthcare facilities.

Device and Infrastructure Management:

• Maintain a variety of computing devices used across departments, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and other devices (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android).

• Oversee office equipment (printers, scanners, projectors, access control systems) used for hospital operations.

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure for uninterrupted service, including power systems like UPS and AVR units.
