∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: HRIS/ HR Database Management, Payroll Processing, Performance appraisal, Recruitment & Selection

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Attendance, Communication skills, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance appraisal, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide assistance to Sr. Manager- People & Marketing in performance appraisal of Drinkwell Staffs.
∎ Ensure quarterly Employee performance appraisal.
∎ Coordinate the recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
∎ Working at initial level of staff performance and attendance activities.
∎ Providing assistance to Sr. Manager- People & Marketing regarding HR work-related issues.
∎ Maintain & update HR database (ID card, visiting card, monthly update staff list & necessary details, recruitment status, joining & resign report etc.).
∎ Maintaining employee attendance & leave management on daily basis.
∎ Ensure updated Personal file management.
∎ Provide support in training & development.
∎ Preparing all kinds of Office Notices, Notes & Letters.
∎ Provide support in conducting Recruitment & Selection of employees & ensure new recruited employees joining formalities.
∎ Provide support & assistance for preparing employee job description & job advertisement.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Sr. Manager- People & Marketing from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bengali and English.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, E-mail communication, using internet.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
