Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
∎ Identify and assess customers’/operator’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Handle customer/operator complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Keep records of customer/operator interactions, process customer/operator accounts and file documents.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 29 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative will be added an advantage.
∎ Track record of over-achieving quota
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, should process outstanding negotiation, convincing and communication skills.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 13000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
