∎ Good knowledge of HR Practices, Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, and Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015.
∎ Good communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle complex situations.
∎ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Issuance of various official letters like notes, memorandum, invitation letters, condolence messages, office notices, etc.
∎ To design & develop departmental KPIs with the objectives of departments as well as with the objectives of the organization.
∎ To support, update, and implement existing policies, formulate new policies, and submit to the supervisor for proper approval.
∎ Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of evaluations.
∎ Hands-on experience in handling payroll software.
∎ Identify employee training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
∎ Work closely with all divisions to implement recruitment rules, policies, and procedures.
∎ Organized various kinds of employee engagement programs.
