Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

• PGDHRM will be an added advantage.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (Amended 2018).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks independently.

• To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits

• Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer`s requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.

• To follow-up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.

• Organize all relevant meeting like EHS on a regular basis - monthly or as required.

• Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements

• Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.

• Prepare appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof

• To maintain all of the issues of `ACCORD`, KIABI, LIDL, BSCI, and other reputed Buyers.

• Any other compliance related work assigns by the management.
